　　儲(chǔ)液箱采用單層結(jié)構(gòu)，采用SUS304不銹鋼板制作;內(nèi)部用隔板分成幾個(gè)區(qū)域，分別實(shí)現(xiàn)對清洗液的過濾、鐵屑的沉淀、濾油、分油;儲(chǔ)液箱設(shè)有補(bǔ)水口、排液口、溢水口。底部為兩邊向中間傾斜，清洗液從液箱底部的排液口集中排出。

　　液箱裝有液位控制器，液位異常時(shí)及時(shí)提醒補(bǔ)水、停水。異常情況實(shí)現(xiàn)緊急停機(jī)。

　　防銹箱內(nèi)部裝有不銹鋼電加熱器，在30～60分鐘內(nèi)將液體由室溫升至使用溫度。溫度自動(dòng)控制在10～90℃范圍，人工設(shè)定、自動(dòng)控制。設(shè)有溫控儀表自動(dòng)顯示。液箱外貼保溫棉，防止熱量散發(fā)。
